Eli Oliveira
Head of Operations
Black woman and mother, with a career focused on people management and Personnel Department. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Operations at TFCM, where she is directly involved in the company's strategy. She also works in the field of management and social responsibility. She studied Social Sciences at the State University of Ceará and is currently a Law student. In addition, her involvement in third-sector projects and her dedication to promoting cooperativism are evidence of her commitment to development and social equality.

Currently, as a member of the TFCM team, energy engineer with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará. She brings expertise in the field of renewable energies and has dedicated the past 10 years to scientific research in the areas of nanotechnology and biotechnology. She has published articles both nationally and internationally. With expertise in projects within the healthcare, non-profit, and retail sectors, she has proven her capabilities in diverse fields.
